the refurbishment exceeded our expectations with the buildings and rooms having a complete refurbishment, roof, doors & windows, flooring, hot water supply, bathroom fittings, furniture , air con and lighting as well as the communal facilities too.

the evening entertainment needed to be more entertaining and engaging. We didn't attend the karaoke evening and on other nights there was a singer or background music only

The recently refurbished rooms were excellent. There were plenty of new sunbeds by all pools and on the beach and we really liked the resort layout and and the lovely colourful buildings.

Only one of two restaurants were open resulting in lack of food choice, breakfast was good but in the main restaurant the food was average at best. Training of staff really needs to be improved, as on numerous occasions we got different answers to questions from different staff (especially reception staff that were poor at communication and did not follow up on requests). We also spoke to many other unhappy guests that had serious issues with their rooms. For example: One elderly couple got locked in their first floor room for 2hrs, the telephone was not working and therefore they could not raise the alarm. Also, a number of rooms did not have any hot water, 2 rooms also flooded whilst we were there and the majority of rooms had telephones & TVs not working. We feel there was a lack of evening entertainment, only 3 nights out of 7 during our stay. Also, no daytime activities although according to our daily programme received on arrival, there should have been something going on every day. The resort was obviously opened too soon following the renovations as these issues should have been picked up prior to opening.

nice and clean , staff very helpful and pleasant, thankfully you could move daily to its 2 sister properties for any meals , following experience of eating there in the evening i decided to move most evenings to its sister properties , where in one of them the meals were excellent ,

the food at night time was very hit and miss , for the price its wasnt great ,
