Location was perfect everything in walking distance, staff friendly, reasonably clean, good for the type of property it is
Pretty good, getting hold of the staff, check out instructions were not particularly clear or easy.

Good central location and next to public car park. Very noisy on a weekend when nightclubs kick out at 6am (no fault of the hotel but remember to close your windows and be woke up early)
Host was so friendly and helpful.
Very clean hotel, decor questionable very bright pink paint in the room but thats personal taste.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room and some toiletries. Plenty of towels.

Toilet didn’t flush
Noise from 6am when nightclub closed, groups fighting outside the hotel, throwing things at cars (glad I didn’t park on the street), swearing etc but beyond the hotels control but did interrupt our sleep

Ideally located
Close to all local pubs, bars, restaurants & shops
As well as the sea front and the train station
The on street parking really is a struggle and surrounding streets are permit holders this isn’t (or I’ve not seen) stated clearly in the advert car park is just over the road further down from what I’ve seen
The property does have a sign to say it is been modernised/decorated and it does need doing
The room I had needed painted as walls was stained & poor set up too small draw units one a bed side & another a coffee/tea station a bigger desk & chair to get ready at with a mirror that wasn’t hung side of bed would be ideal
Overall it wasn’t bad for the night stay but couldn’t do longer
