All the facilities were really lovely and the staff were wonderful.
The lock on our security screen door did not lock, I would have felt safer being on the ground floor if it did

very spacious room and loved the decor-all staff were polite, courteous and friendly at all times. Management obviously have a strong focus on staff training something lacking in many other establishments these days.
We could have done without the 'piped' music which seemed to be ON from sun up to sundown. The hotel has a lovely vibe in a lovely place why spoil it with second rate piped music at the very least why not turn it down.

It was pleasant the refreshed decor. Nothing amazing but just nice.
Very old uncomfortable very hard bed they attempted to fix with a topper but it wasn’t great. It wasn’t cleaned so well I even had to swap towels out and I had to push them to come through and clean the room each day, they had to be asked to change sheets, they run house keeping like a cheaper motel and housekeeping staff are young kids which explained a lot to me. The room service was very average they couldn’t even use fresh chicken on a club sandwich it was pressed chicken/processed deli meat. Way too expensive room rate for what it is! I think the hotel looks and feels about half the price of what they charge.
