The location is fantastic and the room was so comfortable. Staff was fabulous and the view is just amazing
We loved everything about it and if we have to name one might be the noise in the might on Saturday but it doesn’t happen often. It was school holiday and hasting street was busy. However it did stop in the end.

Close to the beach and shops.
Incredible noisy at night. The property is in need of updating, very tired.

The location was the best thing about the property. The service and staff were helpful. The maintenance of property good.
The units were very disappointing - it was NoT as per the photos that were avail when booking. Had to move twice and the balcony was barely a balcony.
