We loved everything about this beautiful unit. It was gorgeously furnished and decorated, well-equipped, had comfortable bed and was an easy walk to Hastings Street.

The space was really nice, and the apartment is very modern and well decorated. It has everything you need to have a great stay in terms of facilities.
Firstly, it wasn’t mentioned that the property is located uphill. I travelled with my parents, who aren’t particularly old, and it was quite difficult for them to walk up and down to the beach. We ended up having to drive, which defeated the purpose of paying more to stay close to the beach and avoid parking.
Secondly, after the room was cleaned, one of my pillows (which I had brought with me and use daily) went missing. I reported it immediately — they said they were looking for it, but not only was it never found, I also followed up after my stay and didn’t receive any solution.
For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of service. While it’s “just a pillow,” it’s a personal item that disappeared right after their cleaning, and I believe it should have been replaced.
