Good central location and a nice comfortable room (but needed the light on when the bathroom was in use due to lack of a window). Hospitality tray included proper china mugs, and drinking chocolate with some nice biscuits, as well as tea, coffee etc.
No complaints, but free on-site parking was appreciated, although part of our group had to seek parking elsewhere when they arrived. Had to wait until I got home for my favourite tipple (whisky mac) as there was no ginger wine in the bar.

The location was very central and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful
The room could have been bigger, but it was fine for one night

Poor service this time at breakfast. Teens seem distracted.
Please improve the coffee and orange juice. Croissants. Crunchy nut cereal. Muesli and yogurt.
