24 hour reception Clean room Nice view from window of garden

Pillows were flat & hard, I had neck/headache & woke early! Next time I would take my own pillow as bed was comfy

Comfortable bed, cosy room but could be cleaner especially bathroom floor. Window insecure, screws missing.

Security of window, could not leave window open to get air in when weather was hot.

Rooms could do with a bit of decorating, cracks on the wall bed base wasn't the best and the window seemed broken
