The staff were really nice, it was a cute resort, sort of like a little village and the hotel was so nice, we left our charger in the hotel room and they helped us getting it back, telling us how to do so and packing it for us ! Amazing, would recommend!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was quiet and dark and provided restful night sleep. Bar open until late for drinks and could also get food during the day (light menu etc). Food very good.
Furniture and appliances in hotel bar and restaurant and room very old fashioned and out of date. We had a yellow plastic phone and hairdryer in our room which looked from the 70’s. The spa entrance was more like a sports centre, bright lights, loud music, vending machines. The pool area was outdated and sun loungers dirty and uncomfortable. I only stayed 10 minutes as it was very loud (other guests being noisy). Not the relaxing spa experience I expected based on other spas we go too. But the spa treatments were good and the therapists lovely.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast. Some staff excellent. Room very clean and good size
Just felt it needed some TLC. Please smile at reception on arrival - felt like an imposition. Charge £10 for a car park if not booked direct - so a booking.com tax. (?) Room uncomfortably hot - even with outside temp of 16c at night and windows open (opens onto car park so privacy?)- ceiling fan good. Portion of curry at dinner - £19 not value (but apparently that's the portion, so...) plus 15% service charge. Green mold on tiles in the rest area of the swimming pool - come on guys!
