Reasonable value, room compact but clean, helpful and friendly reception staff, good location
Fees for parking car not fully clear at time of booking on booking.com (day time vs night time fees). Why not include this in overall hotel price to avoid unpleasant surprise?
Smell coming inside the coachhouse was off putting, however no bad smell inside room.
Breakfast basic, prefer to make tea to the strength I like it. Could have provided hot water and tea bags?

Location and price.
The only very small gripe would be the noise of the extractor fan in the bathroom!

Continental breakfast was included, and having one in the conservatory was pleasant.
The bathroom, with its shower, was clean and nice.
The floor where I stayed had no lift — a shame, though perhaps part of the building's charm too.
