Great location, one block away from railway station and walking distance from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff.
No air conditioner in the room - open window helps, but then external noise might be an issue.

Great location, really close to both town and the fantastic Mill Road, and just across the road from the gorgeous botanic gardens.
Staff were great, really helpful on reception with lots of great ideas of places to visit and things to see.
Room was on the small side, but fine for the price and the facilites were great.

Receptionist pleasant, clean room.
Television not working in our room. It was cramped but we did appreciate it was good value. Breakfast although included was pretty poor. The full English was lacking sadly. Hard mushrooms , tasteless tomatoes !
