Excellent! Stay at The Varsity!
We stayed at The Varsity Hotel & Spa for our 19th anniversary. The room was spacious and had a lovely view over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. The room was clean and of a very good standard. The staff were very welcoming and took every measure to make our stay enjoyable. The property is perfectly placed to visit multiple landmarks and museums. Excellent valet service took the stress out of parking location and cost. They even fully charged our EV!
Nothing to note.

Very good breakfast and excellent location.
The lack of spa facilities due to refurbishment when this was one of the reasons we were going there. Compounded by no recognition in terms of reduced price or anything, for what is an expensive hotel.

Bed, good view, location, breakfast upstairs
Socket for bathroom light hard to find. Same with sockets to charge phone

Central location when you can find it. Breakfast was very good.
Location was extremely hard to find and the valet parking was very reluctant and expensive. Arrived on a cold and foggy evening, no heating and hard floor with an airflow grill to outside.
Once we booked, then we got told the sauna and steam room were out of use. When we arrived, told the lift wasn’t working.
