The room was as good as we were expecting, and the central location was excellent. But we absolutely loved the lounge/dining area on the ground floor. That exceeded our expectations.

The location is very conveniece. The building is new. The lobby is very warm feeling. Underground parking is available.
The cost is the most expensive in the area even charge extra for room cleaning. Bathroom is very small. Underground parking is very expensive.

A fantastic hotel. Great atmosphere with lounge / bar area. The rooms had everything we needed for a great stay and the honesty shop was so useful. Highly recommend.

Very clean, Common parts and service Great.
The room was adequate but small. However, you cannot open the window!! I find this unhygienic and just not acceptable. It should be clearly stated when booking that windows cannot be opened and you cannot get any fresh air. As such they have air con and a VAX system. You can turn off the aircon but not the VAX, which means it turns itself on and off all night... room is not stuffy but feels hermetically sealed, I find that very uncomfortable. Also, I found the beds very uncomfortable, they are very hard. So not a great experience. I personally would not stay again.
