A very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The fee to upgrade to a larger room was not a lot extra, but to be honest wasn't really necessary as the rooms are generously sized anyway.
Getting the hotel to issue me with a breakdown receipt after I left, which I needed for an expenses claim, has been problematic. They haven't responded to either of my messages about this. It was difficult to find out where to send the request to, in any case.

I had an issue with my pillows as I am allergic to feathers, which the staff solved quickly and efficiently in spite of the late hour. Thank you!
