Location is excellent. View of the river , close to town and punts. Restaurant, especially the outdoor dining is a wonderful way to spend a lazy summer afternoon or evening. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

Room, location and staff were excellent.
Parking extra but expected, and great location in the city, room with a balcony over the river too.
Ordered room service on the evening and they took my order, 20 mins later a call to my room to say they didnt have what I ordered, I changed it for something else, and the same happened again, so I changed it again for a bbq pizza, this took ages to arrive and was not bbq when it did get to me, and was cold, I ate ita s I was very hungry.
My suggestion would be to avoid room service and go down to eat.
Everything else was great.

Lovely hotel, beautiful location and a great bar.
The room was bog standard premier inn size made to look chic, so not great value for money. Some staff were lovely some not so much. £300 room and breakfast and parking not included!!
