The tea / coffee station was disappointing, no tea and would have liked to have seen an ethical coffee brand like Jamila's Ethical Coffee. No creamer or milk too :-( Bed was not comfortable. Room was lovely. Shower was poor and went hot and cold so I didn't finish my shower. Soap smelt amazing though. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was great too. We had a fire alarm mid breakfast. Eventful!

We liked the architecture of the hotel which was in a great location to see the sights of Cambridge. The staff were friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Toby the concierge went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.
