The room was perfect for what we needed, checked in early hours without problem. Check in instructions very clear and good communication. The room was very clean, small put perfect for what we needed. The bed was really comfy and we had a great night sleep! The location was great as we went to a festival in Knebworth so needed it for a night before we drove home. Had good parking too and was very quiet.
The room had a couple of fixtures that could do with replacing, but other than that, everything fine.
