This is a Pet Friendly Property. If bringing along a pet, there will be a $250 Non-Refundable Fee The Rehoboth Beach & Dewey Beach Resort Area is known for its award-winning boardwalk, awesome hotels, specialty stores, amusements, beautiful homes, tax-free shopping and some of the finest restaurants anywhere. Visitors enjoy exploring 30 miles of unspoiled Delaware coastline, and many passive park areas. Nature based activities include State Parks, kayaking, nature cruises, ferry rides, walking trails, surfing, skimboarding, paddleboarding, sailing or exploring the water’s edge. Adding historical venues and live performing arts will make your stay in the “Nation’s Summer Capital” a perfect one. Neighboring Dewey Beach is just a short walk from Rehoboth Beach and sits between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. Stay was overall good. The oven looked like it hasn't been cleaned in many years. And the outside shower we were told we could use had a lock on it. I did call but no one got back to me.

From check in to check out it was fantastic! The place was very clean and was a short walk from the bay, and the beach! Parking was nice if you had two or less cars with a a garage parking underneath the building. We had very nice neighbors that weren’t loud at all plus having a dog friendly room is always a plus! Couldn’t recommend this property more!

Overall it was pleasant. It could have been a little cleaner... the dishes and the laundry washer were pretty dirty. And the neighbor next door had at least 10 people over there regularly til 2 am, loud, throwing chairs and things off the balcony. Leaving trash everywhere including our side of the balcony. Other than that we had an awesome time!

Upon arrival , I tucked my car tight into my space, so much so the passenger can't get out their door. Even after doing that, my neighbor managed to damage my car with a beach umbrella. There were stains on the carpet, dog slobber on the sliding doors , and the remote to the TV is all chewed up from an animal. Trashcan was broken , and the lid stuffed under the sink with other junk. It needs some TLC in my opinion .
