Clean, good facility, nice room, great and helpful staff among others. Ms Aisha was specially outstanding. She was very kind and generous with her time and support. Great staff makes the place great.

The ensuite was good.
The lift wasn't working from the ground to the 1st floor.
The room needed a paint.

The staff was friendly, supermarket near by and some restaurants. The bus stop is also nearby to catch to go to the city centre or back to the airport.

Breakfast was simple (simpler than usually), but was appropriate, as it was included into the price.
The room was visibly clean in general, but I have felt some weird scent in the room, might be some temporary issue.
The shower gel bottle was empty - the staff probably does not check them sufficiently regularly. There is also no landline/intercom (which I missed), so I had to walk down to reception to ask a new bottle, and then I got one. Not an apology, though.
Parking space is limited, I haven't seen option to reserve, but eventually I have found on the side of a back alley behind the hotel.
