Fantastic hotel! Great location for restaurants, museums and river.

The location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and we had a nice view from the window. Liked the coffee / tea in the foyer area, very generous. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for location, comfort & value for money.

It pretty much does what it says. Rooms are clean albeit basic. Its very central

The stay was really good, as this was our first tour, since Covid.

As this was our 2nd visit to this hotel, we were very pleased that nothing had changed in a long time. Brilliant visit, brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, and an overall fantastic stay

basic, budget hotel but helpful staff and nice breakfast

Breakfast was better than expected, a fair amount of choice for a continental breakfast.

TV was broken but did get fixed. Decor was not very cosy (second floor room)

Verblijf was prima, maar het hotel is te duur.

Prima ligging. Schone kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Je kan de hele dag door gratis koffie pakken als je dat wilt.

De prijs was te hoog voor deze accomodatie.

Great location would stay again

The location of the hotel was in walking distance of the main attractions of Liverpool . 5 minute walk to Lime Street train station . The free tea and coffee all day was great and reception area was overall very clean .

The staff were under pressure to check guests in as well as been expecting to run the food and bar . We were given a disabled room and I have no idea why ? The bathroom in our room was clean enough but the shower area needed a darn good clean . I would not liked to have been the person who had to use that disabled seat ! It was disgusting . Would not put me off staying again but I would check bathroom first .

Fantastic few days ideal location and felt safe

central to all the tourist spots ideal spot, security good the doors were lock and you needed your pass key to get in feeling safe

Comfy, clean, great location and lovely staff.

Location was brilliant. We arrived after the theatre at 10.50pm. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast as we had planned to meet fiends elsewhere.

Location, size of room, cleanliness.

Not so much that I didn't like it but there's no reception which I found strange. Also breakfast was OK but just missing a couple of items like bacon and sausage.

Central location, nice Hotel and staff and parking was a great bonus.

We did not have breakfast. Location was very good but the buildings visible from my room. werw full of litter on the ground and very unkept and rundown.

The disrepair of the buildings around the hotel. NO ventilation when having a shower. I think there were dog hairs on my carpet in the room.

Clean and functionable

Great location, room was OK , the bathroom was a plastic pod in the corner but functional. Bed was comfortable, and it was fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. Discounted parking in the NCP around the corner.

Breakfast was a Continental and the entrance/bar area is the eating space, no privacy but OK. If I went again, I would do room only and go around the corner for breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day though.
