Location is amazing for exploring the city bars & restaurants and the staff were very efficient and helpful.
There is almost no lighting near any of the mirrors in the room or bathroom, so you basically need to do your make up/contact lenses in the dark. :-(

The room was lovely, well appointed, and comfortable. Amenities were good! Staff were very nice.
I hadn’t read reviews, and booked the hotel last minute while extremely jet lagged. Had I read reviews, I would have booked a different hotel in the city centre. I flew in that morning, and booked because I wanted a quiet night of calm before traveling further for family medical appointments.. I didn’t get it. I was awake all night because my room (109) was opposite Concert Square, and thumping music played until 4:30AM. I finally gave up around 3am and checked out not too long after.
