Good location,a little tricky to find at first .
No breakfast at property was offered at sister hotel , a little dark in the room we had which had blinds over windows which backed onto brick walls and an old building . The room itself was lovely and clean with everything you would need for a short break . There were some resident pigeons in the alley behind the blinds which we found amusing but could be annoying to some .

Good price a nd location and also room recently decorated, fresh it seemed

The staff were superb. The room was a delight, but perhaps more could be done to soundproof the rooms because traffic noise in the evening and early morning was quite intrusive.
See above - soundproofing. A mini bar in the room would have been useful as I got in at 10.20pm to find the bar closed. Would also suggest that the 'welcome letter' was a bit toecurling describing food as 'scran' - we're in Liverpool, we get it, but that's a bit unnecessary

I stay here a lot, location is amazing
The room this time was not good, a duplex room at the top, no shower curtain, floor was wet, no towels or anything for floor it was sloppy, beams cross the low ceiling meaning had to be careful not to smash myself,
