It was close to Turtle Beach and had a good coffee shop up the street. The staff were very friendly and it had good hot water in the shower. We also had no problem with the wifi. Bed was comfortable and room clean.
It looks a bit worn and could do with repainting on the exterior. I think it was a bit expensive for the age of the hotel and maybe relied that it was so close to Turtle Beach. The next door had a big fire in the garden and the smoke blew across the terrace so spoiled lying on the sunloungers. The photos have been enhanced and google photos show it has a pool - it doesn't have one.

It was very well located, in front of the sea and a few steps from the turtle bay.
The room was very old.
We couldn’t fully lock the door.
We didn’t have hot water for shower.

We loved the beach side location, the pleasant helpful staff. Also the balcony overlooking the sea. The proximity to turtle beach was amazing, as of course were the beautiful turtles. Breakfast was good.
Room was on small side and rather basic. The road and train line were a little noisy but didn’t seem to disturb our sleep.
