Almost everything is flawless.
Everything was great except the check out procedure could’ve been streamlined. The telephones in our rooms did not work well.

One of the best hayat property and the lobby and landscape beach and the structure of buildings are truly amazing.
The bed and furnitures are need to be change.

When we were taken to the room the room was not ready they were still cleaning and we were waiting outside our room for 10 min. There was one face towel which was used but still rolled and kept
There were stains on the pillow
There was no bathrobe in the room which is a basic amenity
