I liked the welcome smiles by those serving during breakfast time
I had a horrible experience when I arrived , I don’t remember the nite lady on duty on the 16th June nite when I reached the hotel but thanks the Prachi ur floor manager who came to my rescue after 2 hrs of torture by the nite reception lady , she should not be allowed to treat a guest so badly

Spent a wonderful 3 nights (May 10–13) at Novotel Candolim celebrating my elder sister's 25th anniversary. The cooperative staff made it highly memorable. The chef curated a beautiful custom anniversary cake, and they provided a unique hut-style celebration area that we loved. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. It's an excellent property for kids too; our boys had a great time utilizing the pool, basketball area, and other amenities. Overall, a great experience!

The swimming pool and the breakfast spots were quite good. Room was ok too.
Staff, not returning change, over charging you and the lack of respect for women in this place.
