Located on a retail estate, several good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Chinese buffet restaurant, excellent food at a good price.

Great little hotel with everything you need. On a retail estate outside Avranches but a few restaurants handy especially the chinese buffet Restaurant du Aigle. Good breakfast buffet at hotel too. Dog friendly.

Room had enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Desk in the room is convenient for meals and to get ready in the morning. Free parking is a plus.
Room and bathroom were very, very small. Difficult to move around in.

Room was clean. Check in was easy.
The shower was small. Only one pillow per bed. Outside needs some cleaning and trimming. Don't call yourself B&B if it doesn't include breakfast!
