- Interesting architecture, particularly court-yard area with floors to be seen. Worn, but pleasant and cozy - atmospheric. Nice area, very good location - excellent public transfer connections. Very, very nice pedestrial-streets nearby and almost all-over this elegant, beautiful City. Very well equipped, spacy room with good CLEAN (!) refrigerator ( a MUST ), TV, air-conditioner ( a big one if needed - I didn't yet in March ), micro-wave oven, many electric-sockets, enough furnitures and good wifi. For the price - this is excellent! Nice host who took care and gave very good instructions e.g. how to reach Accommodation. Lovely, lovely Budapest! - Thank You! -

In front of the tram station, supermarket...

Very Good: cleanliness and equipment. The location in the city is also very good with tram in front of the door, metro nearby and in general many public places reachable within 10 minutes of walking. Many stores right in front of the door. Communication with host was top and friendly. Daily cleaning of the common spaces. Cooking Equipment, Microwave, Ventilator, kettel and hairdryer available.
The Noise. The Accomoddation is situated right next to a bar, which leads to noise up until 2 AM if people are celebrating. Also hearable through closed windows. On top of that: for an accomodation in which multiple people stay at the same time, the doors inside of the flat are very loud. I woke up multiple times because people used the bathrooms at night or decided to wash dishes at 5:30 in the morning. Further we had the displeasure (definetly not the hosts fault, but it definetly added to the noise problem) that some guests really like to keep their door open all day and night, while watching TV. When asked to close the door, they stated it's to let the cool air in, since the only AC is located outside of the sleeping rooms, in the hallway. This overall led to very poor sleep over 3 nights and added noteable frustration to the trip. A little disclaimer for the guests to not behave this way or maybe the installation of individual AC's may be worth a thought. At least a pair of ear protection for the nights might be a cheap solution to put in every room.
The beds have also been quite uncomfortable and loud. Everytime you move it will make a noise.
