We only stayed one night. Checking in and the staff in reception were good.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Noise from adjoining rooms clearly audible, particularly through a connecting door.
Air conditioner did not work.
Bedside table lamp did not work.
Bathroom sliding door had to be eased because it seemed to be hanging only from the top track.
Some sort of table in the room would be good.

Good location, room small but clean. It had everything we needed.
Tiny bathroom, as a reasonably large man I had great difficulty standing between the sliding door and the wash basin.
On the day we arrived two police turned up and carried one of the inmates (guests) from a room kicking and screaming, and the woman a few doors up has a number of cats in her room, OK until she cleaned out the cages on the area in front of her room, the stink was not nice. A man two doors the other way had dogs and chainsmoked at the door. I feel these people are likely government sponsored guests.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable
We arrived in darkness (6.30 pm), sign to motel was unlit so hard to find, given a room directly next to the 24 hour laundry, there were a few shady characters around with vehicles coming and going at all hours of the night. No milk in the refrigerator even though tea, coffee and kettle were provided.
