A really clever conversion of back shed.
Very low ceilings in bathrooms and kitchen, kitchen area has no ventilation.

Clean and tidy easy walk to RSL club with Bowling Club opposite.
Living/ bed area and bathroom were very small. (Good size kitchen). Pull out sofa was a wooden base and very uncomfortable. No top sheets on either bed, sleeping under comforter only.
Property is a granny flat down a driveway in a backyard behind a private house.

The accommodation was very clean and pleasant
there was excellent wifi connection and being able to use streaming channels on the smart TV was very convenient.
and having a washing machine while on a long stay was great
the bed was amazingly comfortable and the owners where very welcoming.
the accommodation is very well situated
The water from the sink and the washing machine came up the shower which wasn't great.
The extreme use of air fresheners was eye watering i don't have a sensitive nose by any means but my eyes stung and I couldn't stop sneezing my first evening,
once I had put as many air fresheners as I could find outside it was alot better, but I still had to leave the door open for a while when I came back from being out all day just to left fresh air in
the fact that I couldn't pysically lock the door from the side was pretty scary, being there alone
