The property is amazing, the views of Isola Bella are incredible from every window and balcony! The location is ideal if you want to be close to the beach! Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed and it was very clean!

The best view, very large and clean room with 'pescatore' vibes. great airconditioning. Contact with the host was exceptional: I got so much help with all my questions throughout my stay.
no real coffee in the room, that's a shame, because it would be nice to drink coffee on the beautiful terrace.

So close to beach, excellent location. Staff were very good at regularly checking in with us to make sure our stay was running smoothly and also helped us afterwards, allowing us to stow our suitcases and helping arranging a taxi

The views are very nice, location is close to isola bella entrance so makes it easy to go swim.
The entrance is a big problem especially when it's very hot (as it is in Southern Italy during summer) because there's a steep hill to climb. Although there's space, guests aren't allowed to park within the property so everytime you go to the beach or come back you have to do climbing.
