breakfast selection varied and quality, daytime menu well balanced, well served and vfm. Staff polite and attentive at all times. Old Style but lovely.
Stairs to bedrooms need a little care if you are less able on your feet - no lift

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower and toilet facilities were fine. I wasn't bothered by outside noise.
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast (full English) was very enjoyable.
Location was ideal for the purpose of my trip.
I only used the room and breakfast facilities so can't comment on other aspects.

We booked it as it was affordable…but not brilliant for the money
It was incredibly hot and on a very busy of road. The bathroom was a little untidy
