Top location. The old town was lovely and quiet to stay in but easy access to everything we wanted around Poole. So for us was spot on. Would definitely stay again. Room and decor nice modern and vety clean.
Some toiletries would be nice.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the quay Very clean room
I hot a room on the top floor, it was not easy to carry a suitcase there. Besides, it was extremely hot both day and night.. There were two fans which did not help a lot, but no AC. Very noisy on weekend days with music from neighbouring open restaurants, the pub next door and discos somewhere close, on Saturday night up to 4 am.
