Pool and jacuzzi very nice.
Breakfast was great and the style of restaurant.
Have been to this hotel quite a few times before.
Dinner menu now very plain and you can no longer eat in main restaurant.
Dinner now served in bar/grill area. Decided to have dinner the second night at Harvester instead.
We asked for a hot dessert to be told we would have to order from kids menu as no hot dessert on main menu.

I have stayed a few times so was delighted to have been offered an upgrade so thank you for that. In previous visits, while the rooms have always been more than adequate, there have never been any sockets close to the bed so this visit was perfect. Staff as always, were genuinely attentive both at reception and at the bar. Will be back soon.

A short walk down (and back up!) to the lovely beach. Dog friendly.
Room had stand alone shower as requested (not over a bath), much appreciated.
Staff friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.
Room was small, with a double bed and a single in it, not really a twin as booked. It felt cramped, especially with a Labrador!
Shower pressure was poor.
Really needing some updating.

Excellent location just a 3 minute walk from hotel to beach sand. Needed a bathroom light fixed and this was done really promptly. Bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced
The balcony was a little tired looking and unswept and the hotel in general was a tad tired. Our bathroom light flickered on and off like a horror movie and it would have been nice if this was fixed before we arrived.
