Property location: not knowing Poole, we found the road system difficult for visiting the several locations we needed; in the end it was easiest to use taxis. However we liked the location close to Poole Park, and the onsite parking; it would be handy for central Poole facilities, even by foot. We liked the building and decor; as you know breakfast is not included although self-catering will take care of that. In-room tea and coffee etc were fine. We would definitely stay there again.
