Recently decorated clean smart rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing.
Just a couple of possible improvements
- there is room for a bigger bed
- a holder for shower gel in the shower would be helpful

Bed very comfy although felt small being a double
Very noisy internal courtyard and single glazed windows, wasn't aware of a Sunday Karaoke day
Room 1 has a sloped floor and no hooks to hang any towels or coats but great kitchenette

The hotel itself was lovely, the location was fabulous and the staff were really nice and helpful. It was hot and sunny and the garden out the back was stunning! We had some issues which we rasied and they were dealt with quickly, which was good.
We stayed for four nights and the rooms weren't cleaned in that time. Our room had a kitchen in it, which we booked for, as there was no breckfast. But no way to cook and no tea towels. We were told to ask for new towels, toilet paper etc, if we needed them, but all hotels offer daily cleaning. No breakfast and no cleaning made it expensive for what you got.

It was centrally located and clean
Extremely steep staircase to room, sink in bathroom was slow to empty, No wardrobe in bedroom and only one small tube of shower gel and it was not cleaned on the second night of stay therefore nothing was replenished
