Slept quite well and enjoyed our breakfasts.
Could have provided the option of a lighter bed cover in case we get too hot through the night.

You could walk into Chepstow
Trying to get out of car park onto main rd very busy. Tv control didnt work even with new batteries very complicated to control channels with one finger under neath tv. Even member of staff couldnt work it out. Reported loose toilet seat nothing done about it. Fixed high shower Very shorts staffed at breakfast time not enough small glasses for juice . Toaster not set right either underdone or burnt. One of our keycard stopped working night before
Our departure. found out from another customer . Bar staff could have reset it.

If you have trouble with stairs you need to ask for a room on the ground floor...
