Clean, perfect location for early flight from Bristol airport. Family room meant we could sleep separately as it was a aw night. Fan in the room was super quiet. Shower was great. No complaints. Really welcoming staff.
Bar was noisy on arrival but that’s fine. Noise was no where near the rooms.

Close to venue
No public footpath for non car users.
Difficult to safely get to hotel, as I was using public transport.

Staff being helpful
Many things. First there was only one towel in a twin room. Some lights not working. TV not connected to internet etc…
