Breakfast was continental, which we knew about, and it was set out, to help ourselves. There was a plentiful supply of breads and cereals, with cheese, ham, spreads, jam and yogurts in the fridge. Good to have a kettle and microwave in the kitchen part, which also housed tea, sugar and coffee.
Bedroom was pretty small, [for example - no room for a comfy chair] but the beds were comfortable, and the shower lovely and hot.
We had complete freedom to come and go as we pleased, and it was very quiet at night too.
There were the same choices everyday; perhaps some strawberries/other berries would have been nice to put on cereal.
One day it was really cold in the breakfast room, but I contacted the owner later in the day, and she apologised and sorted it out quickly.

Good bus service to the city centre. Nice welcome on arrival and room was fine
Bit cold on checking in and coming back after an evening out. Once you used the blankets it was fine but then too hot first thing in the morning when the heating went on

Friendly welcome
Very busy/ noisy road next to the property.
The light in the bathroom that lit up the bedroom as well- not great when someone uses the toilet in the night.
