I thought the rooms were a nice size. Clean and spacious. Had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Pillows aren’t hard enough so bad neck but was a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice but slightly over priced for what you got.

The room and all the facilites are great - looks good, comfy, very clean and new. Breakfast was really nice as well.
Be aware that one end of the building (where the higher-numbered rooms are located) is next to a nightclub, and the bass can be clearly heard thumping inside the rooms on that side. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, he said they were aware of the problem but couldn't do anything about it. Luckily I could change rooms but if the hotel was fully booked I don't know what I would have done.

Location
We booked a family room for three people and checked in at 8:30 PM, expecting a fully prepared room after a long day. Instead, we were given an unready room: the sofa bed was not made, the lamps next to the TV were non-functional, and there were not enough cups provided for three guests.
When we reported these issues to reception, we were made to wait 45 minutes just to be offered a room change. Even in the second room, we had to wait further while staff finally made up the sofa bed, meaning we could not settle in until around 10:15 PM—nearly two hours after checking in. To make matters worse, one of the sockets near the kettle area in the new room was also broken, forcing us to move the kettle elsewhere. By that point, we were simply too exhausted to report yet another maintenance issue.
Having paid for a three-person room, arriving to an unprepared space and enduring hours of delays and maintenance failures is entirely unacceptable. This experience fell far short of expected standards.
