Location was perfect. Lots of parking, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and facilities where perfect

Check in was poor hanging around waiting to be checked in even phoned reception while stood in it eventually very unfriendly chap served us. Lady at breakfast was so different very friendly and helpful note for other people no pork served with full English.
Rooms are very tired nothing like the pictures the place could do with some TLC and steps up to the first floor very steep for one of our group an elderly lady.
