The best things about this hotel is the staff and cats. They (the staff) are friendly and very helpful. They are happy to explain everything they know about the island and the transport and lend you umbrellas for the beach (and on one stormy night).
The Italian breakfast consists of cereal, yoghurt, coffee/tea/juice and croissants with a different extra item each day. We stayed for four nights and had Nutella crepes (twice), maple pastries and a nice cake (almond?).
The air conditioning in the rooms is effective and easily controlled. The rooms are clean.
The hotel is situated about 10 minutes’ walk from a lovely friendly restaurant (Tres) and 15 from the sea although we did not go to the local beach. We caught busses to go further away as the beaches are more attractive.
The hotel decor is a little tired in places but this does not detract from the ambiance. It feels like you are staying with a lovely large family.
Obviously this is not the hotel’s fault but the busses in peak season are very busy.

I was very spacious with a lot of storage and many lights The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very unique
the only thing that would do this amazing place better is the add of mosquito screens because if you want to open a window for sure a mosquito comes in

the svimmingpool was a grate thing and the garden were the breakfast was served was very fine
The word “tired” is in our mind after our stay - the place was tired, the staff was tired and the breakfast was a bit tired - the same sweet every morning. the room was tired and not at all what we call superior room though it was big.
