High speed EV chargers were very convenient and the hotel is a great stop to/from Caen ferry terminal. The restaurant food was great and connecting rooms worked very well for our family. The hotel was also accommodating and organised a travel cot for our child.
There was a mix up on check out - we were not charged the correct amount and have since received emails telling us we ‘[did] not follow their policies while [we] stayed at their property’.
We are very happy to settle the correct amount but communication hasn’t been great considering the mistake was made by the hotel not by us - we provided our two room keys and were only charged for one room.

Great storage for bikes with electric charge points. Really good breakfast and evening meal.
Only one towel per person - no hand/hair towel. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very convenient location. The staff tried to be helful.
It's an Ibis - have reasonable to low expectations. Room was very hot - no fans offered. Check-in took ages - they have ew software !!
