Location, location, location and simplicity. Outside the front door is the Duomo!
You are well taken care of if needed which overall compensated the building site.
Whole building was under constructional renovation. You basically walk into a building site. Would be appreciated to have information beforehand instead of the shock you got when we arrived at night.

Good location
No window, balcony door which could not be open becouse the renovation and workers ( no one inform us before) so 30degrees and no window to open. Bit loud , can hear people using bathroom next door.
