3rd time returning visit and still as excellent as the last, staff where superb, have to serve and help, even after recent flooding apart from one swimming pool you couldn’t tell, breakfast is a very good choice, and the pools are a good size, hopefully I will be back soon
Couldn’t find anything wrong, only down side was that staff always smiling and always happy to help, such a chore, loved every second

Exceptional stay everyone was amazing from reception staff to housekeeping, restaurant staff and everyone in between.
The room was big and super comfy with everything one needs, spotlessly clean . Outstanding breakfast and evening meal was great in Riverside hotel. No need to ever leave hotel, priced fair . Lovely big pool

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They helped us with everything they could making our experience in Kanchanaburi unforgettable. The facilities were clean, stunningly beautiful despite the flooding that affected the area just a couple of days back. We were so deeply impressed by the resort and the surrounding areas we wished we booked more days to fully explore the province while staying at probably the best resort in town.
Absolutely no complains.
