De locatie is perfect als je rust zoekt.. het zwembad was heerlijk.
Maar voor de volgende keer zit ik liever aan de andere kant van de rivier.
Het personeel was heel lief, maar geen woord Engels. Tevens vond ik het ontbijt heel beperkt en vooral voor de kinderen.

A modern boutique style building with built in problems.
It is next to the river and is in a wooded area with no neighbours. About 0.5 km. [over the river] to River Kwai Road with its bars/restaurants area.
It's on 4 floors but doesn't have a lift [this detail should be highlighted]. You have to go up 3 steps from the road to the reception, then down 3 steps to a 'sunken garden' then up 3 steps to the rooms section and down 3 more steps to the riverside terrace, [this could be flood defences as it is on the riverbank]. When we arrived the staff were helping to carry an elderly lady in her wheelchair, down/up/down the steps. The t.v. seemed to have mainly Thai shopping channels.

"The Glory is now our favourite hotel in Thailand. Okay, no other meals besides breakfast and no laundry service or room service.
BUT all are available within 200 to 300 metres.
