I had a room with a pool view. It was perfect The room was very clean and the AC worked great. The staff members were very sweet and kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I used their private airport shuttle service and it was an absolute five star service. They were very organized and on time. I would recommend using the service since it's a hike to get there from Lombok Airport. The resort location was amazing too. It's situated in a good quiet neighborhood and was only 3 minutes walking distance from the beach where I found plenty good restaurants. The place was very charming and safe. I traveled alone and never felt like I was in any kind of danger.

I had a really nice stay in this beautiful small resort!
In the beginning (first hour of my stay) the electricity did not work and it was little dark. But it was cozy in some way.
Also had really nice talks with Arman! Always running to do his best for you! But you dont need to run, we have vacation and also can wait a little :)
Also close to the hotel there was the restaurant “Tiki Grove”. Really nice food and atmosphere! You should go there if you not want to eat at the busy beaches.

It has a great atmosphere, very cozy and relaxing. A good central location and kind staff.
The only thing I didnt like was the annoying music that was being played all day and you could here from your room.
