Super Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Perfektes Riad

Perfekte lage direkt gegenüber des Parkplatzes vor der Altstadt. Einige sehr gute Restaurants in 2-5Gehninuten Entfernung. Tolles Riad mit schönen Zimmern und gutem Badezimmer, guter Wasserdruck und jede Menge warmes/heisses Wasser. Superfreundlixchr Hotel manager und Frühstück auf dem Hoteldach mit bester Aussicht. Im Riad ist sehr ruhig, guter Schlaf ist garantiert Komme gerne wieder.

Vue sur mer et proche de tout, riad extrêmement bien placé. Amine est adorable et très disponible

Le petit point négatif sont les escaliers, nombreux et étroits pour les personnes âgées

Außergewöhnlich liebevoll ausgestattete Zimmer im gesamten Riad, da war ein Künstler am Werk! Wer keine Möwen hören mag, sollte sich nicht in der 4. Etage im Chambre Josephine einquartieren oder Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen - uns Nordsee-Lichtern hat es gefallen. Amine est un grand Habibi - Merci beaucoup cher Amine à vous et votre "team" pour votre merveilleux service. Karin & Bernd 😁

Der Abflussgeruch, aber das liegt am fehlenden Entlüftungssystem und ist keine mangelnde Sauberkeit. Im nächsten Riad in Marrakesch müffelte es genau so

Very good

Amazing views of the port and seaside from the roof. The rooms are nicely decorated and full of character. Staff were extremely kind and communicative.

There is a weird smell from the bathroom drain. Also as an fyi only the top apartment in the Riad has windows facing the sea.

Pleasant

the position is amazing with a stunning view from the terrace facing the ocean. the staff is very kind and gives you all the information you need. they suggested us an amazing restaurant. they are really good people.

I am really sorry and i guess there nothing that can be done but all the buildings in the old town (Medina) are moldy and humid. so in the entrance of the building there is a bad smell as well as in the apartment. the shower has the same problem so it’s not pleasant to use it.

Amazing accommodation for an amazing Moroccan trip

The host was so amazing and great. From the pick-up up to the time that we were about to check out, his service and all other extras were amazing. We started our trip in Essaouira and our experience in this Road made us want to go back to this city and stay longer next time.

Charming place in great location

The house is super charming!! We only stayed 1 night but felt like staying longer; the apartments are fully equipped to cook and it would have been lovely to buy some fresh food in the local market and cook it. Beds are very comfortable and all is super clean. The terrace is also a lovely place. Amine, the house manager, is kind and helpful. The location is just great!! If we go back to Essaouira, we’ll stay there again!

The only thing which is less nice but I’m not sure something can be done about that: the pluming system most have some problems (maybe aged; the proximity to the sea doesn’t help also) and there is a smell in the toilets that get’s through the house that is not nice. Fortunately, there are loads of windows and the fresh air helps.

Beautiful riad in the best location, but better for adults only

The location and the size of the rooms were great. We stayed at the Roxalane suite on the second floor with two kids. The suite was beautifully decorated and the service was friendly. It was a very special riad.

The sound proofing is non-existing in some of the suites due to the shape of the riad. This meant that we could hear everything that happened in the lobby and in the suite above and they could hear our kids making noises. The building is very old and the cleanliness could be improved. The communal kitchen should be cleaned better. The riad is very humid and there is an unpleasant odor. Our standards are high due to us having two small kids. The accomodation is better suited for adults only.

They were very kind to wait for us, as we were a bit late checking in.

The lovely sunny terrace and central location.

A bit overpriced for what it is. We accidentally broke a towel which was already not new. We were asked to pay 100D on top of the original price and generous tips.

Wonderful family stay in a central Riad.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which has its own kitchen on the second floor. The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We found it a wonderful experience to stay in a traditional riad. The manager Amine was extremely helpful and accommodating. He answered any queries very quickly and also allowed us to check out slightly late and to leave our bags there while we were waiting for our pick up. The breakfast is taken up on the roof terrace with a great view of the port. It is basic but sufficient with good coffee and pastry’s.

We are travelling with a toddler and it would have been great to have the option of a cot. The bed was very big though and we were able to all sleep very comfortably. The kitchen did not have any cleaning items- for washing dishes etc however this may be because there was a daily cleaning service- a very minor item. We loved our stay here.

The roof terrace was amazing, being able to see the city & the coast.

the shower room was perfectly built for me who is 5ft 1 but not my partner who is 6 ft 1!

Very good

Before arriving, the staff made contact with us and even picked us up from the bus station, what is really nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with everything we needed, we could even store our bycicle safe inside the house. They also offered us laundry service, very helpful. Breakfast was typical local food.

I guess there is no dry place in the Medina, so indeed everything is a bit smelly and wet. This is of course nothing, the Riad could change. We missed towels in our room, maybe they just forgot or you have to pay extra, I don't know, but I think towels are essential and should be offered for free. To improve breakfast some fresh fruits could be offered.
