exactly in the centre of Afytos (2' on foot) and 5' off the beach, amazing views at the rooms with balconies, spacious balcony and apartment (balcony has shade all day long, so great both for breakfast and supper/dinner)

Es war einfach klasse. Wir fanden zuerst die Unterkunft nicht. Unser Hausherr (Ali) hat uns nach einem kurzen Telefonat, ohne zu zögern, mit seinem Motorrad abgeholt und uns zur Unterkunft gebracht. Er bzw. die gesamte Familie, hat uns sehr gut beraten, in Sachen Strand, gute Tavernen, Ausflugsziele etc. Er war ein toller Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und persönlich behandelt und fühlten uns außergewöhnlich wohl. Als wir Abschied nehmen mussten, wurden wir wie Familienmitglieder verabschiedet. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The location was great, and the room was clean.
No dedicated parking spot. You need to park on the road, which can be a bit tricky.

The best things about the apartment are the location and the nice terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is about a 5-minute walk from the center of Afitos and around 10 minutes from the beach.
The apartment is very simply furnished, with old furniture. The bedrooms have only an old wooden bed and a small bedside table. The kitchen has enough appliances for basic needs, but apart from that, there is only an old table with four chairs.
Overall, the location and the sea-view terrace are great, but the apartment itself is very basic and could definitely use some renovation and newer furniture.
