Very tired location, in need of some TLC

Venue was located close to the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Granted, we had chosen an apartment that wasn't overlooking the gardens. Instead we were overlooking a very busy road and opposite a holiday park with a water park which obviously attracts shouting squealing kids. I wouldn't mind this if I had chosen a family holiday like this, but I hadn't - it was a couple's holiday. The facilities were very old and tired - chipped paintwork on the furniture and walls, soft furnishings and ornaments that were shown on the photographs were no longer there, the kitchen area must have been at least 20 years old. Couldn't find the bathroom light switch until we read historical reviews on here and someone else had said it was behind the towels! Complete lack of information either from the hotel staff or within the apartment, either about the hotel facilities or surrounding area. To avoid the £86 cleaning fee, we were expected to clean the apartment, which wasn't a problem, although the mop they leave for you to use actually made the floor dirtier!!

terrible experience, no customer service and rats in the garden not acceptable to use outdoor space!!

rats in the garden patio door broken didn’t change towels had to pay extra to use the pool / spa basic facilities over priced

never ever book the residence

the hotel is great but we are at the residence and the room they give us was in front of the camping at the 1st floor!! (it’s low seasons) they could offer more for but they didn’t ! for the prices we paid, we could stay in another place near by for more than a week!! it was our mistake booking the residence ! terrible bed!! nothing was ready… the bed for kids and etc..… horrible noise at night… the camping in front making a party!! if i would like that horrible noise i would have it only for 200€ a week !! but as i don’t want it so it was so terrible for paying this double price and having such a low standard !!

Very good

Basically it is a very large, spacious and comfortable apartment. Let down by a few flaws.

The WC did not work. We reported this on the first day of our stay and nothing was done. The bath looks as though its base is cracked. There is no mounting for the shower head. A number of electric bulbs did not work. This large, well-appointed property is let down by a few details.

Lovely spacious apartment with garden along the long boulevard

Spacious apartment with garden. The light in the apartment. The kitchen equipment. Everything like dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer was there. Earthly colours which is very tranquil for the eye. There was an odour in the bathroom on the first day, which I reported. Next day the technician was there. But the odour was already gone. I had a lovely Swedish massage at the Thalasso. Our bicycles could stay in the garden. Secure and safe parking. We had dinner in the hotel. Although the filet de boeuf was delicious, the portion was really too small. And saying that the onions are from Toulouse and the potatoes from France, well we found it comical. Overall we had a lovely stay!

The cleanliness could be better. The outside table was dirty when we arrived. The corners in the rooms are not cleaned well.

Only one bathroom not 2 just that the toilet was separate! Told by the property that we had to fully clean the apartment on departure as well as strip the beds and dispose of all rubbish otherwise we had to pay a cleaning fee of 75-100 euros! There is no mention of this at the time of booking Think these two items need to be listed

Disappointing

The view. The forced offline cure as the wifi is not working and the mobile network is not strong enough.

The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. Our son slept on the carpet of the living room when entering as it had a ton of sand below. We actually vaccumed again the place when we arrived. Also it is really small and sub equipped for the price you pay per week. No specific guest services available so it would be clearly cheaper/better to rent directly from a private person. Wifi was also extremely bad which is an issue as you do not get proper mobile network coverage.

Peace on the day but loud noise from the opposite camping at night

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Lovely size pool and enough lounges however we were there in June. The gardens are nicely maintained. The peace on the day. The position close to the sea and the boulevard. Beach is lovely and well maintained.

There were no umbrellas at the pool. We bought one and used a tie back at the fence. The double bed is really very small. If you are on honeymoon, fair enough but if you are married for a long time… The noise of the camping is too loud. From 9 pm to 1am the music is playing very loud. Our apartment was facing the mountains. Management asks their guests to be quiet between 10pm and 7am. Therefore the guest should be given this quietness too. Therefore, we would not return.

Location was good ,the apartment was comfortable and clean.

The wifi was lousy.They should have a wifi connection in each apartment block and with proper security access.

I wouldn't re-book. Over priced for what is offered.

The hotel is good but the apartments are below what I would expect for 1500€ for a weeks stay.

Apartment was very basic and dated in areas. The bed was extremely small. The area where this apartment is located would not be described as upmarket in anyway and more basic.
