Everything was just excellent. Waiters at the restaurant memorised well about the nut allergy my partner had. Food was amazing. Interior design of rooms and hotel is amazing. So much attention to detail. Loved it.
Lift got broken twice, but it only made us move more :-)

Excellent location, close to the beach, at the quiet end of canet en roussillon.
Room was a bit tired. E.g. Pull out bed / couch was poor quality, Electronic key cards kept switching off, wifi had poor range, layout of bathroom wasn't good.
While staff were nice, they were very slow and getting a drink or getting service could take 30 mins.
They also have some strange policies. E.g. ridiculous rule that you have to buy flip flops to access the spa. And the gym doesn't open until 9am.
Basically a list of small, unnecessary annoyances
