Perfect property. Clean. Cozy. Warm. Comfortable. Beautifully furnished. The property owner was immediately available when we needed him. Ideally situated to nearby Washington Street. Just a quick walk. This place allowed us (5 sisters) to make some new memories, share some laughs, enjoy delicious food and wine and just take a much needed long weekend together.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Cape May. It actually looks better than in the listing photos and we loved sitting out on the deck. Neighborhood was charming and walking distance to most places we were interested in. The owner was helpful and easy to work with.

My family recently stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding at Our Lady Star of the Sea and Congress hall. The house was very nice, clean and overall perfect for what we needed. There was a small miscommunication with early check in, however, the house is so close to everything that we were able to get lunch and the house was ready for us in no time. If you're looking for a beach rental that's cozy, clean and close to everything, including the beach, this is the place!

This property was delightful. It was clean, tastefully decorated, completely supplied with anything you could require. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. Also, plenty of parking and close to everything downtown as well as the beach.

We were so comfortable here! We loved walking wherever we wanted to go, then come back to a cozy, comfortable place. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of hot water and great water pressure in showers. David was so quick to answer my questions too! I highly recommend!

We spent the week of July 4th in Cape May. My husband and two adult children. The house was perfect. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and outdoor grill was just outside the backdoor. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and our dinners. So many wonderful restaurants in Cape May that we only ended cooking 2x We walked everywhere, the house was so convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful Cape May beach. The owner was responsive and communicated well prior to and during our stay.

The property was well-maintained, and access to the upstairs is exactly as advertised. The apartment access was perfect, no fumbling with keys. The inside was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. You have to be prepared to bring all linens, towels, beach towels, toiletries etc. We liked the easy walk to the beach, and there are restaurants and supplies within walking distance. We would book here again, we did not receive any replies after booking.

Easy walking distance from the beach, with complimentary beach passes very thoughtfully provided. Location in regards to other amenities and things to do was perfect. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, with a nice deck for eating/relaxing outdoors - note that this unit is the 2nd floor of a standalone building, so make sure that going up/down stairs isn't an issue. Driveway parking was very convenient. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the very clean house and property, quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed our walks admiring the spring flowers and blossoming trees and beautiful homes.

I highly recommend renting this home on a very quiet block in Cape May. It was in walking distance to everything we love to do there. Home was clean and well stocked. My experience with the owner Dave was one of the best I ever had. Would actually like to thank him for his big heart and generosity. He made our Easter weekend very memorable. Nice to know there are still people who put decency and kindness before profit!!!!

This second floor apartment was lovely! It was bright, airy and had everything we needed. It was roomy and comfortable for the 6 of us. It is close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here!

This home away from home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family of four with two adult-sized kids. It was a pleasant walk to the beach and we were surprised that sometimes we could hear the ocean from the deck or even the bedrooms with the windows open. Also a short walk into town. After trying a number of restaurants, Key West Tacos around the corner was our favorite place to eat in Cape May. We will be back.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and will likely not be the last. Far more affordable than most Cape May rentals, this property has everything you could need for a small group and is a short walk to the mall and the beach. I highly recommend taking a shower walk to Exit Zero for brunch!

Good communication from owner, property was clean and everything as described. Excellent location- we parked in the driveway the day we arrived and didn't use the car again until leaving because we could walk to all of our destinations. Only minor note is that street noise was a bit loud when sleeping in the main bedroom. My friend sleeping in the other bedroom across the hall said she slept like a rock though. Overall great stay and would stay here again. Thank you!!

This apartment (second floor of house) has a great location - walkable to everything in town and beach. There are 3 nicely appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). Kitchen is very well equipped. Dave was very responsive and helpful.

This was the 2nd Christmas in a row we stayed here & everything was great! Dave is a class individual who really takes care of his guests. I can’t complain about anything, everything was perfect. Hopefully we will be back in 2023!

Everything about the property was great! It was the perfect size for four adults, with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as leisure space to relax. We definitely want to come back in the warmer weather to enjoy the deck! The location is great as it is near the West End Garage and Exit Zero. It is also walking distance to town.
